Beauty Tip #5

Do you have a fucked up face? Do you wish skin care products weren’t so expensive? Well you’re in luck. Queen Helene has a line of skin products that are inexpensive, but do a hell of a great job. Queen Helene products can be found in a number of places, but I typically find them in Family Dollar. My favorite is the Oatmeal and Honey scrub, because it can be used everyday to exfoliate and moisturize the skin. They also have a mint julep mask that can be applied one a week to control blemishes. She has many different other scrubs that take care of many of the different skin care problems. All of her products are less than $10…. so indulge bitches.

Beauty Tip # 4

Do you have dry hands? Are your nails and cuticles not in the shape you want them to be? Well all you need is a pair of gloves and some coco butter/ really moisturizing lotion (preferably with Vitamin E). Before you go to bed at night, wash your hands nd apply an ample amount of moisturizer to your hands, put the gloves on and wait for about an hour. (you can also go to sleep with gloves on if you don’t mind). Take the gloves off and enjoy your newly softened hands :D This can also apply to your  feet just replace the gloves with socks.

Beauty Tip # 3

BEAUTY TIP#3: Is your skin drying out? Or is it getting really oily? Or is it just acting weird? Its that time of year when the weather is unpredictable and your skin doesn’t know how to react. there are many ways to combat this:
1) Oily Skin- You will need 1 egg. Break open the egg and separate the whites from the yolk in clean bowls. Beat the whites until a bit of foam is visible. Take about a table spoon of the whites and apply to your face. Let dry completely (10-15 minutes). Rinse off. Break the yolk and put a little on the tips of your fingers. Rub onto face. Let Dry. Rinse off (the yolk is a natural moisturizer)
2) Dry Skin- You will need extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Granulated sugar, and honey. To make the scrub, mix 3 table spoons of EVOO, 2 tablespoons of honey, and half a cup of sugar. Now, this recipe should be enough to last a couple of days, so mix in a container that you can keep on the counter. To use (only at night), wash your face. Take a ample amount of the mixture and rub all over your face for about 30 secs-1 minute. Wash off.
3)Regular skin/Dry Skin/Oily Skin - You will need An avocado and green tea. Brew one cup of green tea. Take out the tea. (if you are using a tea bag, remove the green tea) slice the avocado in half, scoop into a bowl. put the green tea into the bowl nd add a bit of the brewed tea (to make it pasty). Mix. Apply to face nd leave it on for about 15 minutes. Rinse off.

Beauty Tip # 2

Got some crazy ass eyebrows? Do you look like you were raised by wolves? Have an old mascara tube? Got some vasiline? Well, then you have your solution. Take the wand out of the tube and clean it very well. Throw out that old ass mascara. Make sure there is no product left on the wand. Take a bit of vasiline and rub onto your eyebrows. Brush/Comb your eyebrows with the wand into a position that isn’t horribly ugly. BOOM. YOU LOOKIN GOOD NOW

Random Beauty Tip #1

Have unruly and frizzy hair? Products don’t really seem to solve the problem? Think you were just doomed to have frizzy hair that won’t behave? WELL YOU ARE FUCKING WRONG. The cause of frizziness is the uneven distribution of the natural oils your scalp produces. When only certain parts of the hair shaft get access to those oils, the other parts of the shaft fray out, and give that frizzy look. The simple way to solve this problem is to brush your hair with a BRISTLE BRUSH (whether it be real boar bristles, or synthetic). The bristles re-distribute the oils to all parts of the shaft, and it stimulates the scalp allowing more blood to flow, which always makes for good follicles. So yeah. Just section your hair into however many sections you feel necessary, and brush each section 10-100 times, whichever you have time for. DO THIS SHIT EVERYDAY AND YO HAIR WILL BEHAVE. (Bristle brushes can be found in your local beauty supply store)
